Patients across India—including those in metro cities—can find it difficult to identify the right specialist, secure a timely appointment, or feel confident about an existing diagnosis or treatment plan. Travel and location can add to that difficulty, but they are not the only barriers. A coordinated online consultation can provide another relevant specialist conversation without requiring travel as the first step.

The team receives enquiries, helps clarify the required specialty, checks partner-doctor fit, availability, and fees, and shares a case-based proposal. If the patient accepts it, Top Docs coordinates payment, confirmation, the online appointment, and available follow-up material.
What Top Docs is not
Top Docs is not a hospital, an emergency service, or an endorsement program operated by the institutions named in individual doctor histories. The consulting doctor is responsible for clinical judgement during the consultation; the platform coordinates access and workflow.
